Protective styles are a great way to retain length by keeping your ends safely tucked away resulting in less manipulation and breakage.

If you’re like me and you don’t want to spend a huge amount of time on your hair then these simple and easy styles are perfect for you and your kids.

Low side swoop bun Protective style

low side swoop bunThis side bun is great if our hair is a bit longer. It can be a bit tricky to get the side swoop neat as you can see mine wasn’t super neat. But hey… that’s ok I’m just getting ready to go to my living room!

I tried one of the low manipulation styles and it was the first one I’ve EVER gotten right and enjoyed! I need low maintenance with two small children, homeschooling one and trying to run a business. Thanks so much!!! I love it!!!

      Hey Damia
Really happy you like the style and Yaay.. for getting it first time! 🙂 I know us Youtubers are guilty of making styles look super easy to do and the reality is you have to try a few times.
I love keeping things super simple, if you have any other styling requests please let me know.
